January 31st Day Camp at LASER at Bryant

LASER Childcare is offering Day Camp on Wednesday, January 31st. You must order a ticket for each child. Children do not need to attend LASER, but they do need to be between the ages of 5 to 12 years old in order to attend.

Day Camp hours for care are 7:30 am to 6:30 pm at our Bryant location. The cost is $55 per day per child. Please see flyer below for field trip information.

Please drop off children by 10:00 am. You will be charged for pick-ups after 6:30 pm; $10 for the first 10 minutes and $2 per minute thereafter.

You must cancel by Monday, January 29th at 6pm or you will be charged for camp. LASER does not provide refunds for sickness or non-attendance. If your child does not attend LASER, there is additional paperwork that must be completed and received before your child may attend camp.

Children should bring a nut-free, non-perishable bag lunch and weather-appropriate clothing.

The deadline to register for camp is Monday, January 29th at 6 pm. For any desired sign ups after this time, you will need to contact us directly at billing@laserchildcare.org. You will not have a confirmed spot until you have received an automated confirmation email from Eventbrite. If space is available, you will be charged $65 per day for camp.

FAQs

What do I need to bring to camp?

Please pack a non-perishable, nut-free sack lunch and weather-appropriate clothing.

What food is provided?

We provide a morning snack around 8:30 am and afternoon snack around 4:30 pm. Lunch is NOT provided; please pack a non-perishable sack lunch in your child's back pack.

What time will you return from the field trip?

We should be back at LASER by 4:30 pm, but there is no guarantee of time.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Your registration is only valid for the day listed on your ticket; it will not be accepted on any other camp days or any other LASER locations. If you need to switch days, you must order a new ticket for the desired day. If you need to cancel, please email billing@laserchildcare.org.

What is the refund policy?

You must cancel by Monday, January 29th at 6pm or you will be charged $55 for camp. LASER does not provide refunds for sickness or non-attendance.
